What type of artwork can be submitted?
There are a wide varity of files we can use, digital camera picture work really well. We can also scan your photos for you and return them with your order. If there is a part of the picture you want used we can remove it from the picture or remove any part of the background you don't want.
**Photos taken by professional photographers are copyrighted material and cannot be used.**
The main consideration when accepting artwork or digital images is that they have to be at least 300 dpi. Anything less than that will not produce a good image. With some artwork we may be able to modify or enhance it but we are still limited with what we can do with a poor quality image. If you have any questions please contact us to discuss.
How long will it take to get my order?
The typical turnaround time is two weeks from the time of your order. Large orders can take longer.
Do you keep artwork?
All artwork will be kept so that you can order additional items at a later time.
How do I place an order?
Until we get our online store up and running if you would like to place an order please contact us via email with what you would like and we will work out any details.
Are mugs dishwasher safe?
In general mugs are dishwashwer safe based on what suppliers tell us, although if you have a newer dishwashwer that has superheated water or heating elements that can superheat the inside of the dishwasher we recommend that you hand wash your mugs.
How accurate are the colors?
Every effort will be made to match colors to the artwork as submitted. Be aware though, that because of differences in computers, printers and brands of ink some color differences can be expected.
